“Such a beautiful hotel with wonderful room amenities. Thank you Adelphi staff for the nice touch of sending a birthday cake to the room! We enjoyed our stay, Salt & Char restaurant was beyond great, and slept very well. We will be back!” RiveraGoogle Review
“Trying to put together a last minute, premium getaway for a family of 4 + 1 irreverent Siberian Husky....can be a daunting task for anyone. Our Husky is a pandemic puppy and well lets just say that she's never been boarded, has a tough time with her crate and just wants to be with the family 24/7. Frankly speaking, we want to her to be with us 24/7 as well as she's such an integral part of the family. Finding a premium resort that suits this family of 5 is virtually impossible to find in New York state. Prior to having our Husky, we'd just find rooms at the Sagamore or Mohonk Mountain house...but those fine establishments are really for the human race...dogs aren't accepted there....like at all.BillGoogle Review
In comes The Adelphi Hotel where I dare say they'll cater your stay with them AROUND the needs of both your dog as well as your family. Now beyond just offering bedding and dishes upon check in, the entire hotel staff made sure that all of my family's needs were tended to. Dinner reservations for 4+1 dog? no problem....we were either seated and served in the hotel lobby (Morrissey's) and/or were given plush seating in the order of the bar just outside of the restaurant (Salt & Char). My family and I are extreme foodies and beyond beyond comfortable and relaxed...the food was delicious, well presented. Additionally these restaurants will ONLY staff servers that are dog lovers; you could tell by the way they served our dog ice water & treats. All in all, we've never had the experience we had last week at any high end hotel, resort and/or vacation destination.
The hotel itself is immaculately appointed; the rooms are meticulously maintained, comfortable and pleasant...down to the stocked & complimentary libations and treats.
Kudos to the Front Desk Manager H.M. who took a personal interest in my family's needs and made us feel like we were "home" from minute number one.
If you've a dog, come visit the Adelphi for a quick weekend getaway. You won't regret it and your dog will have the time of their lives.”

“Beautiful hotel, great staff. It’s a pet friendly hotel and we felt so welcome with our little doggie. We were happy to see that the hotel takes COVID pr3cautions very seriously, and the level,of communication before arrival was appreciated.” JerryGoogle Review
“My wife and I and our two poodles just spent a couple of days at The Adelphi Hotel. We had a super time. The hotel is beautifully renovated. We stayed in the Broadway Suite - large and well appointed. The service was attentive. And we ate in both restaurants, with Salt and Char providing a meal as good as any as we've had in NYC. Finally, they loved our dogs. Highly recommended” GraceTripadvisor

“The check in was outstanding. We asked for a very early check-in, and they arranged it for us. Very friendly and helpful with luggage and valet too.” TomExpedia
“Location was great - hotel is beautiful, front door staff / bell hop / car valet all very nice and welcoming; restaurants on site were good, offered outdoor seating with heating lamps; rooms nicely appointed and stocked with some nice complimentary drinks in the fridge.” KathrineBooking.com
“The hotel is really the first true luxury game in this Victorian spa town (the Gideon Putnam, where you can still book a soak in the Roosevelt Baths, is a classic, but a bit staid and outdated), and it does a great job honoring Saratoga Springs’ glamorous legacy.” AlexConde Nast Traveler
“Our second stay at The Adelphi was at least as good as the first. We stayed in a Broadway Suite with a comfortable king bed and modern remote controls for shades, blinds, and lights. Complementary mini-bar and lovely well-appointed room furnishings made it hard to decide on a cocktail in the room or down in the bar. In-room coffee (Nespresso pods) could have been better: only had a limited provided variety of coffees. We had dinner at the bar and room service breakfast, both were delicious, plentiful and well-presented. Service overall was excellent, as expected.PaulGoogle Review
